Our Key Note speaker for this year's MIM will be Mark Aman, Creemore Springs Brewer/QA Manager. Mark has offered to speak about brewery sanitation and an exciting project at Creemore Springs, their new in house designed pilot brewery! It sounds like a home brewer's dream! This man is extremely knowledgeable about all levels of brewing, and will answer your brewing questions at the end of his speech.
